Applied Benefits:
 

1.    Annual Increase:

The annual increase is determined based on the performance appraisal. It differs from one year to another.

2.    Incentives Scheme:

The company applies more than one incentive scheme per the nature of the management work. The aim of these incentives is to reward the employees for their achievements and stimulate them for more giving.

3.    Annual Bonus:

The company distributes what it deems appropriate at the end of the year based on the financial revenues realized in the year. The bonus is given to the qualified employees based on their performance and in appreciation to their efforts

4.    Healthcare Insurance:

The health insurance network covers most of the areas of the Kingdom, and includes all specializations; doctors, pharmacies and other medical centers against a symbolic amount paid by the employee. Husband or wife could be insured in the healthcare insurance as well as the children free of charge.

5.    Life Insurance::

Upon the death of the employee, Allah forbidden, a financial compensation is paid to his/her legal heirs or to the beneficiary specified by the employee, whether death is caused by accident or as an act of God.

6.    Saving Fund:

5% of the employee salary is deducted and deposited in the saving fund. The company matches with a contribution in equal percentage. It is up to the employee himself to determine the investment method; general investment, Islamic investment or saving only.

7.    Advance Payments:

To make matters easy for the employees during the hardship times, the company's bylaws stipulates to grant advance payments to the employees under certain conditions where monthly installment is deducted from the employees salary till the repayment of the advance is made.

8.    Annual Leaves:

Each employee is entitled to 21 or 14 days annual leave per his/her position, and each employee shall be entitled to 21 days annual leave after five years of service for the company. In addition, each employee is entitled to 14 days sick leave, as well as to leaves due to work injuries, hajj leave, and maternity. All leaves are paid.

9.    Vaccinations:

The company provides free-of-charge necessary vaccinations for the employees working in the sewage department.

10.    Education and Development:

The company provides its employees with a chance to join different training courses, each in the field of his/her work. Such training courses are held at well known training companies. In addition, the employees can attend conferences and seminars inside and outside the country.

11.    Flexible Time Attendance:

To provide the maximum convenience to all employees, a system of more than one time attendance was adopted to the beginning and the end of the working hours.

12.    Cellular (Mobile) Telephones:

The company provides mobile telephones to the employees whose nature of work requires so. As for the employees whose nature of work doesn’t require so, the company allows them as well as their families to subscribe with the same privileges.

13.    Car Parks:

As the company headquarter is located in Jabal Al-Hussein which is always jammed and crowded, the company rented car parks for the employees where the employee pays part of the rent.

14.    Work Environment:
